I use to love it when Dr.Ashton was here but now there’s a new Dr. I’ve seen her a couple times and it wasn’t to bad but after today I’m not going back. They had me sit in the room for an hour with no close on. I walked out already aggravated it was taking so long and she tells me she don’t know when the Dr will be in my room. 30 minutes later she comes in. This is the third time I've had to use this location, each time it has taken them well over an hour after my appointment to be seen. The doctor is nice, but not enough to waste my time. Be warned they do NOT keep on time!!
As I am nearing the end of my pregnancy I would just like to say my peace about this place. There has been one doctor I’ve had that actually listens and attends to my needs. Honestly the woman needs a raise. I went in to my regular appointment while experience extreme pain that I won’t go into detail about, when I told my regular OB she basically brushed me off and told me to just take Tylenol when I clearly couldn’t even lay back without excruciating pain making it difficult to check baby’s heartbeat and measure my tummy. This was the best service I have ever gotten from a lady doctor. I will be using them.
As for as the obgyn doctor I give her a 10 out of 10. Doctor Peace Nwegbo-Banks was by far the best obgyn doctor I’ve had. She explained everything she was doing to me during my women’s wellness exam. She was very nice & answered all my questions. I did not feel judged by her at any moment. Unfortunately, the way legacy runs as a system is very unprofessional. They changed my appointment date twice. The last time it was changed, they literally called me 30 minutes before my appointment time to cancel and reschedule.
