3 bad experience cost me to leave this clinic. They don't care about your pain or any suffering that you are experiencing. Jessica Black treat me so badly that i decide to leave. People Don't come to this clinic the doctor's here are the worst...
I've called and spoke to 9 different people, all I have been trying to do was get my medicine refilled original doctor is on maternity leave, and so they made me an appointment today for 3:15 it is now 4:09. I'm so sick and tired of everytime I need a refill I can't speak to the doctor I get someone up at the front and apparently nobody can refill medication. But yet they sure as hell are quick enough to snatch the money out of your hand!! Ya'll just lost a patient today, if you're looking for a place to go DO NOT GO HERE!! ... read more
Not ever coming back here I’m done
Dr. Sarah Talbot is amazing!!! Wonderful bed side manner, always has a smile. Truly cares about your well being and listens to you. Her follow up care is top notch as well as the nurses. Easy online portal to all your records, appt details etc. any time I message they are quick to reply. Referrals is fast and tentative. Long wait times for an appointment at times, but it is worth the wait in my opinion to have such a great Dr and staff. I can honestly say I am 100% happy with my primary care.
Terrible wait time (1hr with appt) and lab orders were never sent. I’ve called for 3 weeks trying to get my lab orders sent to quest. Good thing it’a not an emergency! When I last called, they had my name spelled wrong and my email address wrong!!
