One of the ladies here is the WORST!!! I believe it’s the branch manager. Every time I come to this bank and she tries to assist me it’s ALWAYS a problem. Everyone else is nice and very helpful. I will not be banking here too much longer.
So glad to have a Legacy that is closer to me. Great customer service.
Brand new branch! Nice clean and orderly. A little lightly staffed but I think the staff is based on volume and this is a new branch so just visiting more should fix that.
Legacy, not this branch specifically (which is brand new Summer of 2025), has the absolute worst customer service these days. Ancient policies and procedures. Get with the times! Just broke the last straw and I'm now shopping for somewhere else after almost 30 years.
