Alec was extremely helpful and honest regarding my business. iI would go out of my way to deal with him in the future. Local competitor was polite and knowledgeable enough but ultimately not interested in conducting business with me.

The owner and his employer were both very helpful and nice. It was an adventure just being in the store. There were lots of cool coins! We felt he was very fair with the payment for jewelry and coins that we sold him. We will definitely be back and have already recommended his store to family and friends.

We went at about 4 pm maybe a little after the guy said he could only look at one thing because they were closing. I said it says open til 5, and he said that's when his dad is working. When his dad isn't there they close much earlier. And he checked 3 things for me and bought a chain that was 925 silver. It weighed a little over 15 grams and he paid me $15. I took it because I needed gas. When we got to the car and looked up the spot price was $2.70 a gram. So he only paid us $1 a gram . You can do the math. Even if you go ... read more

They pay less than 50% of the value of gold jewelry. They will give 5 reasons why and it is there right to do so. I advise you call a few places and ask what they are paying per gram before selling here. I wish I would have called here and asked before wasting my time and fuel to be given such a low offer. I understand it is a business and their goal is to be profitable but there is a line when it becomes greed and they are taking advantage of the public. When you pay less then some pawnshops you know that is bad.
