Had them replace the clasp on my necklace and they went above and beyond. They soldered everything together so it won’t come apart as easily when my toddler tries to rip it off my neck and they also cleaned and polished it so it looked amazing when I got it back. The turn around was also great. Promised they would return it before Christmas and delivered!
