I was evaluated by Audiologist Susan Reeder today. At check in the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Reeder was kind, thorough and was even ready for me a little early. I never felt rushed, but she moved through a lot of testing quickly which I appreciated. She did a great job of informing me what to expect for each part of the tests beforehand so there were no surprises. Please do your research before seeing Susan Reeder. Once she found elevated fluids in my inner she has made up her mind I had Meniere's Disease. After a bunch of failed meds from the ENT I knew something wasn't right so I went back for more testing. Susan found it strange that I would want to be re-tested. I found her to be very condescending and she rushes through everything. Turns out I had allergies that a new ENT found and everyone was diagnosing me wrong. Go somewhere else!!

She also reviewed her diagnosis with me before she concluded my visit, which was appreciated as generally I... read more

She completed my testing as quickly as possible, and was rude to me when I asked for breaks. When completing my hearing test, I could hear her speaking to other people, not paying attention to my testing and distracting me. When we were done, she rushe... read more
