Our office has never, ever been so clean! Everyone here has been talking about this since hiring Legacy. The ladies are in and out quietly and do an excellent job.
I've used over 5 different cleaning services over the past 2 years, and Legacy is the one I have finally settled on for my needs. The value they provide is exceptional enough for me to take the time to leave a POSITIVE review, which is a rarity these days. The maid arrived early and did an outstanding job. Highly suggest them if you've never used a maid service in CLT before you won't regret it!
Used them 2 times. arrived late the first time and very late the last time on my Friday night. Both times they threw the garbage in waste can without tying the tops up. coffee grinds all over the waste can. they threw their fast food in the waste can and their soda cup leaked all over the bottom. Said they charged $60 an hour, but expected to take 1 1/2 hours to clean our home. They left after 1 hour the first time and the 2nd time showed up 2 hours late.
