Horrible customer service, just horrible. Wish I had read some of these reviews. The ruined 2 white dress shirts by bad spot removal. I had them redone twice but they just kept making it worse. I got there first, inside, but a lady pulled up and so she took her first, okay, I'll wait. She made 3 trips to her "Rover," the last one to give the lady's dog a bone. Then she says to me "sorry, that was a really important client." So, I came to be belittled too? She never said sorry well fix it, too bad for you, nothing. STAY AWAY.... read more
