BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought an ACURA MDX in October at Legacy in Collins. They sold it to me with NO transmission fluid in it. The car shuddered and I pulled to the side of the road. The car would no longer drive. No warning lights. Had it towed to Pine Belt Honda and then to Acura of Jackson where the transmission had to be replaced. A 10k REPAIR!!! The Acura dealership said that the CarFax showed that the transmission fluid had not been changed during the life of the car. Legacy assured me they do a multi point inspection. Th... read more

Would give 0 stars if I could.This place got me approved for a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500. What they don’t tell you is when they get the approvals back. They pick and choose which one they want to offer you. So of course they are going to stick you with the approval from a bank that they profit big from leaving you with a higher interest. So they can maximize their profit while you pay for it in interest.They are not going to tell you which other lenders approved you because those are the ones their not making big profits from. Morris was amazing, and went above and BEYOND to help our family as we were having issues with our vehicle. We were traveling through town on a Saturday afternoon with a loaded vehicle full of people, dogs, and luggage on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving.
