Morris was amazing, and went above and BEYOND to help our family as we were having issues with our vehicle. We were traveling through town on a Saturday afternoon with a loaded vehicle full of people, dogs, and luggage on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving. Hattiesburg or Jackson may be less convenient but can't be worse. I'm given an appointment on the 30th, using their drop box drop the terrain night before. I call on 31st, 1 representative at the entire business can look up the status of my vehicle. Have to wait on call back cause that person wasn't at her desk, I learn still not diagnosed. I ask why I had an appointment, only to drop it off. That's a useless practice. Call again on 3rd, will give message to CALL ME BACK AGAIN, vehicle still not been checked.
