All the sales representatives were very helpful and informative about my purchase.
The associate I dealt with was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure my situation was taken care of.
Took almost 3weeks to get some Seals and gaskets and parts. I really believe they forgot about the order, them ordered it last minute after a Friend of mine called up there to find out about parts. Hard to get a reply from somebody there, the transmission which was ordered came in probably less than a week. Kudos. I just wish this dealership would have a little more experience in communication.
Made known I wanted AWD. Even asked the salesman before the paperwork began. Assured me my new Elevation was AWD. It is, in fact FWD.
