Only met the realtor, Angel, who got the commission once, she only had excuses why she couldn't be there and had to send her daughter in her place. After the sale we needed some documents from the sale. We went in and left multiple messages but never got a response. Once they had my money they lost all interest. Absolutely do not recommended.
The worst.
Fran Lewandowski has been managing our properties for many years. He handles every type of physical and tenant problem so that we do not have to be involved unless it is a major issue. We would not own rental properties if we did not have Fran to manage them.
Once the owner found out I was a first time buyer and my price range was on the lower end of the area he blew me off. Didn't offer to help just email me listings as they came in. Didn't ask me too many question. Didn't try to get to know me. Was a bad experience for a first time buyer.
