Came in with my husband looking to trade in my camaro and was highly upside down, Travis the finance manager worked a miracle and put my husband and I in a brand new SS camaro and brand new truck. Travis made the whole experience as stress free and simple as possible! Can't say enough good words about him and the staff at Legacy!
I've put less than 2500 miles on the used vehicle I bought from Legacy in November. It's, once again, back in the shop-this time for the transmission. I'm looking at over $3,000 in repair costs fro a new transmission & these guys can only smugly smile & say "not our problem". AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
Had a great experience over at this dealership. You tell them what you are looking for and they will not let you leave until they find what you want. If you are looking for great customer service ask for Travis Santacruz. Great guy.
Awesome group of guys and all been there for a while
This place is by far the worst Gmc dealer I have been to the service dept really sucks, no customer service at all, they lose stuff like wheel locks then want to charge you for new ones never will they have my business again
