Update 11/12/20 glad Justin is back from vacation. He listens to his residents hears them out and doesn’t seemed bothered when they have some concerns that need to be voiced. I changed from one star to five because it’s not Justin’s fault there’s one bad seed. Hopefully she learns great customer service. 11/3/20 I went down to the office today to try and see if I can talk to staff about my lease and also my Daughter left my dogs choke collar at the dog park just last night. Overall, I love Legacy Brooks! I love the leasing staff, in particular, as they work so hard to ensure that each and every resident is taken care of. Kristi and Jessica go above and beyond with every request that my husband and I have had. We’ve lived in many apartment complexes, and they’re honestly the most professional leasing agents that I have ever worked with. Justin, the manager has worked well with my husband and I in taking care of issues that we've had. I appreciate his work in his transition in his new role.
