First off, I love the efficiency of the Breast Health Center. My OB/GYN recommended it and she was mostly right, it's great. The check in folks are lovely. The x-ray technicians are awesome! I had a biopsy done and everyone was kind and caring and made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. I should want to go back for everything, but I don't. And in fact, if I can help it, I will never go back to Legacy *ever* again for *anything*. What made me feel this way? I presume it was a decision made in the C-suit. Legacy... read more

This is what my friends and I would refer to as an "Angel Factory". Every single person I came into contact with here was so wonderful, compassionate, helpful, and professional. I went for a mammogram and ultrasound after a few lumps were found on my breasts. I was very stressed leading up to this appointment, as I was also navigating the nightmare realm of insurance and trying to get coverage sorted out beforehand. I’m trying to get a cost on how much a procedure costs for me to pay without any insurance. Ive lost track of how many times I’ve called and how many people I’ve talked to in the last 3 days. I’ve been connected thru their phone system to multiple people in billing who don’t know the answer and pass me onto another person. I had to reschedule my appointment with the hopes that I can get the answer before the next appointment. The next available appointment is 3 months from now.
