I had an appointment here with a neurologist who ultimately told me my symptoms were in my head. That stuck with me, and I started to question whether it was true. I scheduled an appointment elsewhere that was a year out, but I wanted to see a top-notch physician for a 2nd opinion. After a brain MRI, they found chronic issues. What if I had just listened to someone tell me it’s in my head, smh!
I had a back surgery at this place. They want return my phone calls. I went from walking to a wheelchair.. I can't tell when I have to go to bathroom toi. This is my nightmare. Im in 24 unbearable pain. Its been 2 years. They will not help!
Got there at 8 for my 8:30 apt. Didn't get called back until 9. Was told they did not receive my imaging, so I'd need to come back. Dont waste your time. Another doctor who's time is more important than the patients.
Dr Walters is one of the most attentive and helpful doctors I've spoken to. He took the time before and after my dad's surgeries to show us the scans and answer everyone's questions, which made the emergency situation much less stressful than it might have been. Dr Walters has been awesome at follow-up visits as well, and the office staff is lovely too. Both surgeries went smoothly and Dad's getting his strength and dexterity back. I would like to give praise and gratitude to this wonderful doctor. Dr. Jerry Walters did an outstanding job with getting my lower back pain. I had Sciatica Back pain for over 20+ years and was in daily pain. I was referred to him because I had gone through numerous injections, along with physical therapy, in which they helped for a short amount of time.
