My friend is being treated there after being told her case was hopeless. She’s very confident and encouraged by her treatment there.
Dr. Walters is amazing. His staff is questionable. I'm still recovering from life-changing surgery five weeks ago, but i can't get proper aftercare because his clerical team has sent my follow-up exams to the wrong location for the wrong part of my body consistently for 3 weeks. I can't schedule a follow up with the DR until this is done. Dr. Walters is great, very skilled and patient. His clerical team? They're seriously failing him.
I would truly recommend this office, the providers and staff are by far the greatest!
Me and my mom came to you all after going to a place that supposed to help and they did not. You all not only listened, but you actually followed through with our care plan and quickly might I add. Thank you for all that you have done, everyone was so wonderful and welcoming. The care and concern for us was truly refreshing and we both thank you for helping us work on getting back to ourselves.
