Can't even be on time for a scheduled interview. Can't imagine them being on time for a procedure
Rude, dismissive. Condescending, people that do not care about patients at all from the ones that I dealt with. Anyplace else would be a better choice than this. Read the negative reviews because after my experience they are more believable than these fairy tale positive posts that do not even closely resemble this place. Absolutely horrible experience
It has been impossible to get in touch with anyone at this practice no matter how many messages we leave on their voice mail there is no one calling back. We are definitelly on the back of the bus with this practice and we are not happy about it. The least they should do is call back when one leaves multiple messages. The Patient is Betty Russell DOB 12/31/1943 and here it is 1/4/2026 and still in spite of numerous calls no one calls back, and there is a pending surgery coming we are not sure about.
Dr. E , & Ms. Tammy B. you are amazing! You prevented a life altering situation for our family. Not only did you care medically but educated us as well. Healing hands and compassion was shown. We even had a amazing experience with Tiffany with scheduling our appointment. Thank you, for being here in Columbus, Ga. Mr. & Mrs. Sparks
I've been a patient of Dr. E's for over a decade. I trust him fully. I've had 3 fusions and from time to time need maintenance, his bedside manner has never changed. If you're needing a great surgeon, I full hardly recommend Dr. E!
