They were able to get me in very quickly, which was excellent. I was able to get examined, referred to MRI, and review my results within 10 days or so. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Frosty Moore. My knee injury had nothing to do with my weight (I fell on algae covered rocks) and he told me "You're punishing your body at that weight". The more likely case is that I have osteoporosis due to thyroid issues. He also downplayed my pain which wasn't helpful. I broke my clavicle in three pieces and they were able to see me sooner than others and got me in for surgery the next day. It was incredible and I was happy with the results. Knowledgeable, never had a long wait at the office and I am back up and riding again (albeit a little more cautiously). Highly recommend the care here.
I have been a patient of Dr Moore for 12 years now and absolutely lo e the care I have received. Am on his way to his office, right now, a few minutes late and I called to alert them and was told they have a 20 minute grace period policy. I also drive from far away and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recently took my 81 year old dad to see Dr. Moore who ordered some additional imaging after his visit. Unfortunately, we ended up in the ER for an unrelated issue so I called to explain why we didn’t get the imaging.
