Terribly difficult to schedule an in office biomedical check. Receptionist that takes calls will tell you that the on-duty tech will call you and the tech never calls . Once they were finally able to reserve a time for the tech to be in office I waited around for 40 minutes. The tech finally called me and said that he would not be there. Very unreliable and poor service.

Had an appointment at 10am. 10:30 called to find out where the technician was. 11am called back and was told he would be another 30 minutes (already an hour late at this point). Waited until 11:40am NO ONE ever came!
We have used this company for years. They have always done a great job. Very reliable and dependable.
This guy is a con-artist. He buys medical equipment on ebay and other places sold for repair, send them to a different place to get parts swap out then file phony return on for refund. be aware of Bobby Ghandian 4411 S 2950 E SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84124-3740. but will ask you to ship things to CA. You may be getting equipment from this guys with stolen parts
