Most don't have a choice which agency to use but if you do I would go with someone other than Legacy. Multiple bad run ins and the office was unwilling to see my side. They take your money and don't try to help
I felt belittled and harassed in front of the whole class when behind on my back payment with the "counselor" Angelina. I feel that there was an appropriate time to ask for my behind payment and it was not in front of a room of students. If anything this added to my anxiety and humiliation, opposed to, helping me deal with mental and emotional issues in a safe confidential space.
