THE DO NOT TAKE CALLS EVER. SEEN DISREGARD FOR MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE FROM FRONT OFFICE GIRLS !!! Missed one appointment and tried for months, a few times a week, sometimes 10+ times a day to contact someone. NO ONE answers the phone. I tried every extension. If I got someone from another department , they transferred me to voice mail. Even my counselor who works there says he/she cannot contact someone unless they are in the office in person. The worst place to get help.Not caring at all .Psychiatrist just go to work not interested in patient.first Psychiatrist stop my son's meds at once for that reason my son went on a bad crisis.second Psychiatrist doest care like she said I only have 15 minutes for you.gets mad easily for questions I need and have to ask regarding my son's health..another thing is THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!

The Vero Beach office is run very poorly. I called to complain and a man named Ivan came to the phone he was very rude and sounded intoxicated.

So very unpofessional, I called to reschedule my son's appointment 3 weeks in advance and told I couldn't and can't be seen for another month, so I kept the appointment. Then a couple days before the appointment they cancelled and rescheduled without my consent. They are extremely hard to get a hold of to begin with to make an appointment let alone reschedule. And apparently nobody understands that parents of the children being seen have jobs, and can't do a telemedicine appointment from work without the child present
