First evaluation was virtual. The therapist didn't really appear to be listening. She looked like she just rolled out of bed, very unprofessional. Didn't look at the screen once and pretend she was listening. The incompetence in this office is just mind blowing. Do not take your child here if you care abut them. It took nine months for me to get the psychological testing done from these people. Then, when they finally send me the psychological testing report, they keep putting that my daughter is a male, and that she goes to junior senior high, mind you she's ten years old. Not very happy with them, a fellow friend tried to be seen there today and was turned away due to a balance she owes them. She is at a point where she really needs help and is talking about self harm, if this is a mental health facility that is supposed to help people in these situations they shouldn’t be turning people away because they have a balance if anything happens to her, blood will be in there gands

Sabrina Croff is an amazing Counsler. She has given me such GREAT advice like breathing exercises to calm myself down. I did them and continue to do them (although I did not think they would work). She has also taught me ways to deal with my anger properly and healthy because I would yell terrible things and break doors, punch holes in my walls. Now I am not doing that anymore, thanks to Sabrina. I am trying to change my anger patterns and do healthy things. Without her suggestions I would not be where I’m at now. I owe it t... read more
