My mom worked for First National Bank or Pratt for several years. She died last August when the bank was in transition to Be bought by Legacy Bank. They clearly know she is deceased but keep sending a bill in her name for her safety deposit box. The bank employees delivered all of her personal belongings to her house after she died, but she is still getting a bill in her name for her safety deposit box. Ridiculous.
