I was scheduled for a virtual tour today at 11am, and about 45 mins before- I got an email asking for “recent pay stubs and my Drivers License” before the tour could commence. Now, the ID I could understand if I was in person, but not for a FaceTime tour on my iPhone. I have toured 4 other properties this week virtually, and none of them have asked for anything beyond basic information. My wife and I have chosen this place for safety because we have kids and also price offered. Mysteriously in 3 years my rent went from $1060 to 1300 . Almost every month they vandalize a car, I receive a letter from CMPD. 2 months ago someone slashed the tires of both of my cars , no security, no camera. the cops came nothing done. last week shooting in the community due to an attempt to Rob a lady in her car. Legacy Ballantyne is a scam. We're moving out in 2 months.
