Over 700$ for a simple starter replacement on a Toyota (4 bolts) easy access. People here also have horrible attitude. Never coming back again 🤦

Great experience! Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They made the whole process simple and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing quality work. It’s hard to find a shop that feels honest and trustworthy, and I was really impressed with the service. I’d definitely recommend Legacy Automotive and Exhaust and will be coming back in the future!
I received exceptional service and advice from the technicians at legacy. Though I did have an audible exhaust leak, the tech informed me it was minor and could not be causing the misfire which was my primary complaint. They offered to perform the exhaust work, but encouraged me to wait, and they charged me nothing for their professional advice. Integrity like this can be hard to find in automotive service. I'd send anyone in need to legacy automotive and exhaust.
It took four trips to repair evap system issues that were causing the check engine light to come on and still wasn’t repaired. They misquoted the price of the Mopar partand instead used an aftermarket part that actually cost more than the Mopar part and was faulty. Ended up having to take it to the dealership to get everything straightened out. Cost me an extra two or three hours of labor at Legacy that I was out of pocket. I do not recommend.
