It took two trips to repair issues, causing the check engine light to come on. I am asked to believe that two different components of the emission systemthat have been running for 15 years failed at exactly the same time. One trip to repair the first part. Engine light came right back on…second trip to repair the second part Which supposedly had a massive leak that sure would have been caught the first time.. Sorry it doesn’t add up.
I’ve taken my car here three times. Twice they’ve managed to fix the issue the very same day I’ve taken it in. The other time they had it done the next day and that’s only cause the part had to be shipped from out of town. I’ve gotten better prices from them for jobs that other shops quoted much higher. Based on my experience they seem like trustworthy and fair mechanics who won’t make you wait three weeks for your repair even though they seem just as busy as any other shop
I realized the AC on a recently purchased used car didn't work on the cusp of a 95+ degree weekend. I drove over to Legacy and they were able to fix it in 45 minutes for a fair price. I would recommend them, and I plan to bring my car back for any future repairs/maintenance.

Our daughter's catalytic converter was stolen and Brian not only got us in quickly but offered us a totally reasonable price. When one of the 02 sensors failed, as they do sometimes, he got us in right away and fixed it immediately free. On top of that, he worked on another issue he was aware of without charging us anything. We'll definitely be back with our other cars. I'm excited to have a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable mechanic on the peninsula.
