I contacted Legacy Auto Spa specifically about a rotor/brake dust issue and sent photos before scheduling. The entire reason for the appointment was the condition shown in those photos. After reviewing the photos, I was told the service would be priced the same as an exterior wash with the wheels included. I specifically asked whether all four rotors would be addressed, followed up about rotor cleaning, and asked whether the front wheels would need to be removed to thoroughly clean the rotor vents. Truly blown away. Have had a car with 10 years worth of grime + a toddler. Had some unfortunate events with my car leaving it even dirtier than it already originally was. Pregnant and with a toddler i really needed it cleaned/detailed. Im truly blown away because my car was in no way shape or form in good shape from stains to mysterious goo- my car came back looking brand new, straight off the lot. I own a 2006 Porsche 911 in exceptionally good condition for its age that I wanted ceramic coated to preserve its finish and make it easier to care for. I chose Shane to do it and I haven’t regretted it. He convinced me not to cut any corners so I gave him the go ahead to detail the car inside and out including the frunk and engine compartment in addition to paint correction and ceramic coating.
