At first these apartments seem lovely but after awhile you will notice alot of pest problems, Leaking ceilings, people smoking in the hallways, groups of people just hanging around the complex drinking and smoking etc. staff isn't too bad. We had a leak in our walls that was affecting the neighbors below us. The pool is always dirty & down for maintanence. Garbage is sometimes piled up outside, rats running around. When I first moved I was overly excited yet nervous but this is a great community!. I thank God for allowing a door to come open for me!. It was a process with my paperwork I had little to no knowledge of but the staff was so helpful and patient. The kids are well mannered. Even the slightest issue of mine has been fixed and I must say… I really love my new home!.
I inquired at this apartment complex about a month ago and I have yet to hear anything back from management. After seeing the reviews management left responding to past tenants about PERSONAL balances owed , stating publicly they abandoned apartments, and most of all the cleanliness of the inside the hallways I witnessed personally as my family member was dropped off. I PASSED ON ANY ADDITIONAL INQUIRY. My husband and I will not reside or tolerate disrespect where we pay our hard earned money. Good luck to anyone that decide... read more
