Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill since the change in management. We’ve lived at Legacy Lakeview and now Legacy at Tamarac for almost 4 years, and the changes are far from pleasant. Every complaint gets ignored. They give you some BS response and hope you “go away” without actually remedying the situation. I’m not sure if Legacy is trading their hyper-scaling efforts for customer service, but I’m completely disappointed. This isn’t the same company we’ve been loyal to since 2021. I would not recommend!
