can you believe I pay rent here and my own REGISTERED vehicles have been towed 3 times?… It’s like living with vultures outside your house waiting for the first chance to pick at your money. Rent here if you want to be overcharged, disrespected and racially discriminated. They are taking $346.41 from my deposit for a professionally cleaned and restored apartment. And, Legacy double charged me for trash and water fees that I already paid because the bookkeeping here is poor. The leasing office is rude if your skin is not the right color. I’m glad to leave where I’m not accepted.
I got there to view an apartment At 2:40 PM, the leasing agent stated that she will not be back until 3 PM. She opened the door and was not very friendly at all. I asked her does she has any one bedroom available? She kind of sigh and said first of all how many people are living in the apartment and I just said just me and she said we don’t have one bedroom available right now to show so I said do you have any two bedroom?
