I had a very disappointing experience with Legacy at Tamarac Apartments. During my first visit, the leasing office staff completely ignored me until I acknowledged them first, which was already off-putting and unprofessional. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a tour a week in advance. I even took time off work to make this appointment. We just renewed our lease, we have been very happy with our apartment.
I’ve had a great experience living at Legacy at Tamarac! The management team really goes above and beyond to create a strong sense of community. They regularly host fun events like pizza and prosecco mixers, giveaways, and even offer incentives for paying rent on time, which is such a nice bonus. The grounds are always immaculate, and you can tell the property is very well cared for. The maintenance team is amazing. Annie has been here a short time. Since she’s been here she has been extremely helpful and shows great initiative with resident concerns. I hope she stays with US!!! She’s one of the good ones!!
