The apartment is over priced, the managers never answer the phone for assistance. I would never reccomend this complex to anyone nor will I be renewing my lease. Pay for exterminator and the apartments still have gnats flies spiders ect, amenities are terrible aswell
Honestly, not worth the 1000 I'm paying for it. It seriously needs a complete overhaul. Broken screen door, filthy windows, wasp nest outside my back door, and the whole place outside could use a major power wash to boot. It's a sight for sore eyes. And that doesn't even take into account the things I'm not mentioning since those other problems were supposed to be done already and got pushed back to later in the weekend to be done so I won't mention those other issues here. My husband and I are currently living here and we love it. Nothing to complain about. Since it's been under new management everything has good great.
