I've been living here for a while and honestly, I love it. It's the kind of neighborhood where you feel safe, sleep peacefully, and everything is close to metro, mall, you name it. If something breaks, no stress they fix it fast. Jessika (the manager) is on top of everything, and Nestor from maintenance doesn't miss a beat. As a resident for over 4 yrs .I had the pleasure of experiencing first hand dedication , professionalism and kindness that defines your team you’ve created a community that really feels like home . With the common areas being impeccable and the prompt response to any issues that may arise.. it is clear that Jessica and the rest of the staff take pride in their work .. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of them ! .
Starting from the manager and other members of the team all of them are amazing, the events for the holidays are great ' we enjoy to stop by and share time with other residents and the staff. Property is well maintained and communication with very friendly.
very safe - and comfortable - manager has great relation with Pinecrest community and lush landscape very pleasant and rare to find these days -general function of the interior and outer parts of all the apartments are very well kept by maintenance manager and his staff considering age of building.
Jessika is super sweet and reliable She has a vibrant personality. Always welcoming you with a bright smile. She has helped me with so many things throughout my stay at the apartments. She is always thinking of your best interest. Highly recommend!
