Lived here for over two years in two separate apartments. The staff is ignorant, unhelpful, and difficult to deal with. The pet park is basically dirt with a couple of green patches, and those are rarely mowed (they also forget to empty the pet trash regularly - gross). Walls are paper thin, so you'll hear every step your neighbors take, or they'll hear yours and complain regularly (I had a ten pound dog that sounded like a bowling ball to the family below me...sorry guys).
