Warning...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!. This is the worst apartment complex in Gainesville. Don't be mislead by the beautiful tree lined entry way..that's where the beauty stops. The apartments are disgusting...everything is broken and old and worn and run down. The office staff is the ultimate rude non caring staff of persons who never return calls or emails. I'm paying for a "gated" community and the gates haven't worked in a year. The pool was closed down for months by the health department in the middle if summer...makes you not... read more
