Don’t waste your time or money here. Apartment has no ventilation at all causes extremely bad headaches and other health problems & AC bill to be super high even though no air was coming out. I finally started sleeping better and my headaches went away once I moved out. -The sink overflowed multiple times. We had literal food from upstairs apartments on our floor and when i called the 4th or 5th time it happened maintenance said it was not an emergency. -kitchen light randomly stops working and when trying to get maintenance... read more
there's garbage everywhere, and giant piles of poop. Empty alcohol bottles, people speeding at 100 miles an hour through the complex, and parties every weekend, which the complex encourages. Definitely not a family friendly place. Unsafe for people with children. We just got a warning because we have curtains up, and yet nobody did anything when the people upstairs had garbage overflowing onto our patio for 6 months. very weird priorities.

As a business owner I rarely write bad review cause I know how hard it is to make eveything perfect. However, I would have to say Ive never lived in a place where I am afraid to use my kitchen and sink. We told the management team about the issue and they kept sending people to fix it but its never fixed. Not be able to use our sink and kitchen since we moved in, yet all we get is $75 off for 1 month. Its so unacceptable! Please dont ever rent Unit 19107 to save you the troubles we re going through.
The apartments itself are okay but the office never answeres the phone making it impossible to get anything done. Ive been calling for a week straight. Very aggravating
I love it here!!! The staff is great and everything is kept tidy. Travis is the greatest!!
Love the staff and all the residents here! My boyfriend and I live in a one bedroom and find it to be very spacious for us and our dog! We love calling Legacy at Crystal Lake our home!
