Stay Away Horrible and many hidden fees, stay away. A lot nicer places around and cheaper.
Mold growing in the apartment baseboards, walls, and up the window which they say is dust. It is BLACK MOLD. That has made me severely sick!
High Rent for Noisy, Dirty and Cheap Apartments I will be keeping this brief and anonymous, listed are the issues that I've persistently dealt with while living at this apartment complex. Roaches in units Instead of getting rid of the source of infestation, they are blaming residents. I can't eat, I can't sleep because those roaches are huges, they're everywhere now and ruining everything I have. I've been having nausea and feeling sick since I first found them in the fridge. Contributed to my father’s illness. They held an air conditioner part over my dad’s place, until a pest control treatment was done. It was a first floor, with outside patio, so of course fleas. They insisted we use ONLY their pest control, it took them 3 times and then sent us a bill! Are you kidding?! My 80 yr old father went 3 weeks with his apartment being 80 degrees. Top Quality Apartments At current market rates. They compete well. They have some of the lower end of rent compared to the area. Maintenance is great, efficient. Building structure is wonderful. Seems a lot sturdier than the other complex’s around us. I love the safety. I always feel safe here, never worry to much about problems. Pressure washing, safety inspections. Awful place and horrible parking This property is an awful place to live. They don’t ever have parking, literally making us park anywhere between 5 buildings down to 1/2 a mile away. They don’t allow partial payments after the 3rd, sometimes denying payments on the 2nd forcing you to pay all of it at once the day after. They give inspection notices the day of, even if you aren’t home to acknowledge them coming.
Absolutely horrible company and it makes complete sense that they have not been BBB verified.
Don’t waste your time or money here. Apartment has no ventilation at all causes extremely bad headaches and other health problems & AC bill to be super high even though no air was coming out. I finally started sleeping better and my headaches went away once I moved out. -The sink overflowed multiple times. We had literal food from upstairs apartments on our floor and when i called the 4th or 5th time it happened maintenance said it was not an emergency. -kitchen light randomly stops working and when trying to get maintenance... read more
