The customer service is here below average. The office staff is nice enough but the problem is their budgeting I would guess. Don’t live here if you like your home to be well maintained and upkept. The maintenance take weeks to fix things and usually tell you they don’t have the money to buy the needed parts. If you’re lucky enough for them to come at all. Very clean apartments friendly staff and great location
Can't wait till my lease is up! I been here two years. No more after hours security, Rentals going up but not worth the asking price for these old outdated units. Even the garage rent has gone up. Most AC units are old and need to be replaced. But they keep the crappy landscaping crew on who barely do anything when they do come and stay all day. My first year was okay. The leasing experience was so easy. Monica was a gem to work with. My home is beautiful and so far I love it here. They have been quick to fix every detail wrong. I’m so glad I found this place.
We’ve had no AC for quite a while. Multiple maintenance requests were put in and no one ever comes out to fix it.
