Buying my house
Beautiful models. But none of the upgrades are available on purchase. No extra cabinets , no patio cover, no extra large sliding door and no option to extend RV garage as stated online
Very bad experience with sales agents, pricing and options, not worthy to spend time with this builder, sales agents and artificially increased pricing.
Be aware of these Richmond American Homes sales reps @legacy .. They never stick and honor the price what they promised and agreed while working on purchase agreement and going through credit check ... After the credit check done and while working on the sales agreement, just they will start their mind game .. simply they will say, the builder is not agreeing for this price, and they are asking for 7-15K more price. This kind of mind game . Also you should be very careful on options , ensure that .. in the options list.. tho... read more
