The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and responsive. One of our favorite ways to unwind is relaxing on our balcony, soaking in the peace and quiet while watching the ducks wander around the lake. It's such a peaceful and welcoming place to live. The entire property is simply beautiful.
Solid Place to Live - Great Staff Been at Atlas at Legacy2020 for a bit now, and it's been a good experience overall. The maintenance crew, Carl and Climmer, are top-notch. Seriously, those guys are always on it. If something needs fixing, they get to it fast and do a good job. Plus, they keep the complex looking sharp, which is a big plus. The office staff at Atlas at Legacy 2020 were amazing and so sweet. The property is absolutely beautiful. Maintenance is always there when you need them. 10 out of 10!!! Will definitely rent again!
This complex was good at first. Now yea no. Whoever they hire to cut and weed eat the grass will be doing it at 7am sharp so good luck if you have a newborn baby or just got off night shift because you will not be getting any sleep. Ridiculous if you ask me. There is people that live here why have them start cutting and weed eating before people even leave for work????????
