I lived in Oakwood Place for a year and it is the worst place I have ever lived in. Some people are willing to give zero star but I would give negative stars if possible. This property is owned by Tim Brisiel who is the most notorious slum lord of Northwest Arkansas. If you do not believe me, please google his name to know the lawsuits he is dealing with.
