Horrible experience. Jonathan told me the appraisals were done but never sent them. Took me almost 3 more weeks to get him to send them to me. Communication was awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you enjoy having a headache.
Jonathan was personable and knowledgeable about the appraisal process. He showed up to testify at the hearing to get my taxes adjusted. He was cool under some hostile questions. If you need a strong case to help with home values look no further than Legacy appraisals.
