I wish I remembered the name of the dude that came to my home, I will just call him the " repair guy". Well the repair guy was very nice and got down to his tools and the oven is now roaring flames as it should.
We called them to look at the flame on our gas stove, which appeared orange rather than blue. They found the issue and repaired it.
