Pros: Maintenance is very responsive to any request. Judy is amazing and also very responsive. Apartments are modern and very open. Safe area to walk the dogs. Cons: Walls are extremely thin, can hear neighbor kids screaming, dogs barking or even the neighbors talking, you will also very much hear your upstairs neighbor as it sounds like they are stomping every time they walk and rattles things on the wall. I have happily lived here for nearly three years now. I work from home and the neighborhood is peaceful, kind, and safe. Judy, the property manager, and Carlos, the maintenance technician take great pride in their responsibilities; they go above and beyond to ensure each unit, building, and its surrounding area(s) are well-kept. This can truly be called home. When first meeting the property manager, she was a deciding factor in my decision to live at Legacy. She cares about the people and property here, truly creating a sense of community. It is well maintained and service requests are handled promptly. I'm very happy to here!!
