My apartment is the perfect size for me and management is quick and responsive to questions! The area is safe and beautifully maintained - and tenants are great in picking up after their dogs. I have loved my first couple months living here. Judy, the property manager, is the best and so is the maintenance team - Carlos! Kind and personable.
I lived at Legacy Apartments for 10 years. Judy was the 3rd property manager in my time there and by far the best. I moved because I felt like I needed a change and for 3 months I've only regretted leaving. The property is lovely and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our time at Legacy Apartments! Judy, the property manager, is the best property manager we have ever had. She is so kind and thoughtful and makes this community really feel like home! This apartment community is great if you have dogs, there are so many walking paths near by and a great dog park. Very safe, and the units are spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend living here!
I rented through this property management company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After requesting to renew my lease, I was initially told over the phone that I couldn’t renew because they “didn’t want me to.” No further explanation was provided, despite me respectfully asking for one.
