I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Apartments! I have lived here about 5 years and have enjoyed my time renting here. The Property Manager, Judy, is the BEST Property Manager who truly cares about her residents and creating a community and a place to call home. The property is very well kept, maintenance (Carlos) is highly responsive and does great work, and communication is ongoing to ensure residents are kept in the loop. I will miss being a resident at Legacy Apartments!
If you want to live in the madison area, I HIGHLY recommend living here at the Legacy apartments. Judy is the property manager ans she is the sweetest, most wonderful landlord and so helpful and resourceful. I have lived at Legacy apartments alone with my dog for nearly 7 years, and have been incredibly pleased with my long stay. I have a lot of good things to say about Legacy: First, the amenities: Legacy provides a considerable amount of green space, more than most other properties in the area. Within the green space are grilling areas and patios, so there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy time outside.
