Seems to be hit and miss with ED doctors. This, however, is a note that assisting staff are not trauma-informed. This time, the doctor was at least kind, even if the emergency was not treated, but she had abysmal support staff. In fact there are so many issues, I'm not sure where to start. I give a star to the upstairs tech (a kind man) where the test went wrong and people were running in, not knowing what to do; and one star to the attending ED doc that I saw 3 hours after the seizure.
