Dr Mark is fantastic with our new puppy.
The staff are always so nice and welcoming with a smile on their face. The Vet is always so friendly and gentle with our puppy and always listens to any concerns and addresses them right away. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to and will continue to bring our fur baby too
WE BROUGHT OUR LITTLE CHORKIE (DIVA) IN FOR HER SERIES OF PUPPY SHOTS AND HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY;WE WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE HER IN FOR VETERINARY SERVICES AND GROOMING.

My Great Dane, Paddington, almost died Tuesday night. His stomach became twisted, and we had to rush him to the emergency vet. Paddy was stabilized at an emergency clinic overnight, and we had him transferred for surgery to Legacy. Legacy fit him in for surgery that day (with only an hours notice). The veterinary technician, Kim, spoke to me on the phone several times as we headed over and walked me through the basics of the surgery and the cost (so there were no surprises). Horrible experience, after treating my dog without consent, office staff falsified documents to cover up their mistake. They, then bullied me when I called them out on changing my signed document. They also attempted to shame and bully when I would not buy their medication that was not needed or comply with their over treating plan of care. They did reverse charges for un-consented treatment. An apology would have been satisfactory. A cover up, falsifying documents and the bullying was not.
