I bought my ac/Heating unit from them and service kept disappearing as the years went by. They would first schedule an appt for yearly maintenance at 830-9am but the tech would never show up then. I was then told the techs don't come in until 9..so why schedule an appt for the time they come in? Then, the techs stopped showing up for appts altogether and I kept being told I am outside their area. Funny how that didn't matter when I purchased the unit!
