This company was great until they got bought out by another company around a year ago. Since then I've had nothing but issues with them. I had them install a brand new heat pump and install all new ducting. After that they got bought out and I tried to give them many, many chances to get their act back together. They ended up losing most of their technicians from the previous owner, and now a lot of these service people have no idea what they are doing.
