1st, BEWARE: There are no clear signs anywhere on the apartment grounds indicating that resident's visitors will be booted and towed. Their "visitor" parking is in the furthest, darkest corner of the complex and you would not find it unless you looked for it. My son visited me. Got ready to leave, found a boot on his car and the man who'd just put it on said there was "nothing he could do", refused to remove it without an immediate $140 payment (even though I live there!) then threatened to tow it unless we paid with 2 hr... read more
