Why are you soliciting other management companies properties in an area you're not located at? Board of Directors take offense when you start trying to force your company in their face when they didn’t ask for your information. Who holds the State of Michigan Brokers License? Are all your staff licensed agents with the State Of Michigan
Dealing with this people is a pain. They even make paying the HOA fees super difficult. Stay away
Cannot give 0, so they got a 1. My recently widowed mother unfortunately recently bought a condo here. They refuse to fix her roof, return her calls, or even treat her like a human. Another resident recently had his roof collapse onto his daughter in her bed - HE paid to fix his roof after that! The 3 positive reviews are clearly “friends” of these money-hungry “people” who have ZERO ethics, and at least one of them doesn’t live in Michigan.
