Very unprofessional in handling business. Ghosted us in the midst of dealing with significant issues during move-in, then became simply rude in their communications. We have had extremely poor experiences with Laurie and this company. Very disappointing.

professalism is well need with this lady maybe she needs to read up on housing discrimanation and if your going to have a family business make sure the kids are aware of the policys so that no misinformation can be given but that smart as mouth will ruin your business ma just an fyi you never know who your deal with on the other end

So long as Laurie is running the show here you are going to have a bad time. Awful communication, absolutely no willingness to fix things, nickel and dime you on the way out the door. She will try to make you fix things that aren't written in the contract. Upon moving out she will take her sweet time sending your deposit back to you, and not abide by contractual language.
