I do not recommend this practice. Sloppy back-office procedures left me in pain with an infected toe. When I called, I was told they took my insurance; then when I showed up, they said they didn't, or that they would need more info. After a paper chase, I provided the requested details and filled out their 5-page questionnaire. When I handed it back I was told Medicare isn't my primary insurance! Really? I'm 66. I had a really positive experience here. The podiatrist was patient, knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. He identified issues I didn’t even realize were contributing to my pain, including my shoe sizing and leg imbalance. I left feeling heard and with a treatment plan that made me feel hopeful. Highly recommend!
I’m a runner with messed up feet. They fixed them fast!
