Disappointed that they ignored my ask to refund my money which they didn’t make it clear. Initially they explained $30 monthly charge to use the gym was EXCLUSIVE for members with personal training lessons. (That’s only the fees to use the gym during your lessons btw.) So I assumed such charge will end along with end of my lessons. Now after 2 months in which I never stepped my feet into the gym, they ignored my ask and showed zero sympathy about my situation. Left Coast is the best private gym in the Bay Area, I train with Coach Brent and he and the whole staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide a stellar workout atmosphere. The gym is clean, spacious, and full of great equipment, machines, shower, bodywork tables, and stretching areas. You can tell the owner and staff really care about the facility. 5 stars most definitely, and that’s an understatement.
