Left Coast did an awesome job replacing our roof in January. Marcos gave us a really low-pressure explanation of the job and his team were super easy to work with during the installation. Left Coast actually reached back out to me after I'd gotten a quote from them in early 2025, but wasn't quite ready to replace our roof back then. This company promises their own installers they’ve been working with for years. LIES! The workers said they’d just started working with the company a few months ago. Why was My door was installed with nasty caulking all over the inner and exterior trim. Oh, and I can’t lock it. How is it already broken!? They don’t respond to your requests to get it fixed. We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.
