This company promises their own installers they’ve been working with for years. LIES! The workers said they’d just started working with the company a few months ago. Why was My door was installed with nasty caulking all over the inner and exterior trim. Oh, and I can’t lock it. How is it already broken!? They don’t respond to your requests to get it fixed. We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.
FYI: If you ever call into this place, do NOT talk to someone named Peggy. She called me two weeks ago, looking for someone, (probably someone who had my number at one point) I told her, wrong number, and she said she would remove me. Today, same exact call. I asked her why shes still calling and she hangs up on me. I call her back, and ask again, and she says "i'll remove you" and hangs on me mid sentence.
