I grew up in my Dad’s bakery- patisserie in Belgium. I can honestly say Left Bank has excellent croissant dough pastries. Perfect crisp lightweight layers. I also had the apricot almond pastry, which is a frangipane style pastry. Again very good, not too sweet. ( but a bit big) The coffee is excellent- strong. This location is a quick detour of off I5. It’s a perfect stop. Bathroom was clean too.
Great pastries and taste made in house. Would come again if I was in the area. Loved their setup of minimalism and only grab what you need. Atmosphere is amazing and really elegant.
